High-level performer and people-oriented are just a few words used to describe Carolina Espinal. As a REALTOR® with Christie's International Beverly Hills, Carolina serves the neighborhoods of Beverly Hills, Holmby Hills, Bel Air, and the Westside. She specializes in residential real estate serving buyers, sellers, and investors in the luxury real estate market.

Carolina enjoys building long-lasting relationships with her clients and keenly understands the value of opportunities. She has a deep-seated passion for real estate, architecture, and property development, which has led her to the opportunity of serving as a real estate professional. She loves helping her clients make their dreams come true, and her focus on quality, commitment to excellence, and tenacious negotiating skills ensure they are best served through every step of the process.

Carolina began her professional career as a coordinator and assistant. She took those skills and went on to work as a project manager with construction company My General Construction, working with high-end property owners, managers, and clients across the Westside, Malibu, Palms Springs, and greater Los Angeles. She managed over 45 projects, tracking status, coordinating bids, RFPs and RFIs, along with overseeing project quality and scope. She consistently worked with clients to ensure they received the highest value results in every aspect of their project.

Carolina is a native of Honduras but has made Southern California her home. In her free time, she likes to write, sing and produce her own music. She enjoys spending quality time with family and friends whom she describes to be her greatest motivation in everything she does.
